Box Office Information
The Tsongas Center at University of Massachusetts Lowell Box Office is located in the main lobby of the center. We use the Ticketmaster system and accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as payment. Checks are not an accepted form of payment at the Tsongas Center Box Office.

** The box office will be open during most ticketed events. When ticketed events take place on a Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will open 4 hours prior to the start of the ticketed event.

WILL-CALL WINDOW

If you have purchased tickets over the phone,
online or have tickets waiting for you
at the will-call window please:

Present your state or federally issued I.D. such as a driver’s license.
Present your Ticketmaster confirmation number, if applicable.
Present the credit card that was used to make the purchase, if applicable.
Present any paperwork or contact name/party associated with your tickets,
if applicable.

Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up TWO HOURS prior to the event time at window #6, which will be labeled with a sign.

Tickets will only be released to the person who’s name appears on the order. If you need to add a name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their customer service department at (617) 931-2037. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your ticket.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Wheelchair accessible seating is located on the concourse level in Row 20 of several sections. Sections D-G-H-L-M are designated for wheelchair patrons and other patrons with disabilities. In an attempt to accommodate as many patrons as possible in these particular seats, we limit each order to ONE accessible seat and ONE companion seat. Ticketmaster has limited access to accessible seats.
